Roger Waters performed "The Wall" show live in Oakland. David and his friend Robbie went to the show after work on a Friday night. The show was sold out and filled with special effects - an amazing and unforgettable performance (see the video below).
Sad news: Illiteracy is still quite a problem in Stockton... (click on the images to read the signs in front of the vehicles).
David and Jerod went ice-skating one evening at the ice hockey rink where the Stockton Thunder play.
Christmas was fun! Jerod joined Haruko and David for dinner (Tofurkey, mmm...), then we opened a few presents...
Jocelyn joined us for Christmas via video Skype from Iraq and we also broadcasted via Ustream. David's brother Dan and his family joined in via the internet live-stream.
We celebrated New Year's a couple of days early. We met some friends at the Japanese restaurant in Modesto called Sushi Garden.
