DAVID AND HARUKO IN WASHINGTON!
February was a busy month - starting with Haruko coming to Washington (finally!). I flew down and we drove up together during the last weekend of January.
I went to Haruko's sister's house to watch the playoffs with my brother-in-law, just before Haruko moved here.
During Haruko's first weekend here we went to the IKEA near Seattle with Haruko's sister (Kazumi) and her family. (Husband Micah, nephew Taiga and nieces Sakura and Hanaka).
Haruko decided to take advantage of the opportunity of being unemployed (!) to visit her parents - so she flew to Tokyo.
I spent some more time with my family while Haruko was in Japan. One day my dad and sister came to Mount Vernon, where we had lunch, went to the top of a small hill where there is a park called 'Little Mountain Park'.
We then drove down to the Seattle Aquarium.
Haruko's neice, Sakura, plays violin. We went to her concert in Redmond one evening.
At my job they've just recently added a new site, called the Skagit Valley Medical center, now we work at 4 different sites!
Until next month - I miss you all!
