DAVID AND HARUKO IN CALIFORNIA!

Hi Everyone!
Wow, what a month! We have, once again, made another major transition. We packed up our things and moved back to Sunny Stockton, California!


Kazumi and kids joined us on the journey.


With the poor economy, and specifically the housing market, we decided to regroup and postpone our plans to move to the Seattle area. Luckilly we were both able to go back to our jobs at Kaiser and Sakura.
We will miss our families and our new friends in Washington, but we are happy to be back with our friends and family in California.

I spotted a truck-load of electric cars on the way home, near Sacramento (they wouldn't give me one).


Before we packed up and headed south we headed up north for a weekend:

On our last weekend in Washington we went with Haruko's sister's family to Seattle:

Then we stopped for Dinner at a restaurant called, "Blue C Sushi"





My co-workers in Washington had a going away party for me (Two actually - it was a very nice send-off!)


This is my supervisor, Roger, eating TOFU brownies - he LOVES TOFU!





I would like to thank all of my co-workers at Skagit Valley Ultrasound Associates for making me feel welcome and making me feel like an important part of the team. Roger, Howard, Lucinda, Jennifer, Kristen, Heather, Lori, Erika and Ginger - all great sonographers and friends. I'll miss you guys. Come visit me in California!
